If you got that kind of error when trying to open your task manager, your computer might be infected with a Ravmon virus, which mostly spreads from a USB removeable drive.
The virus will aso causes these effects to your computer:

1. Hidden files not being shown in windows explorer
2. “Task manager has been disabled by your administrator” error
3. “Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator” error
4. “Command prompt has been disabled by your administrator” error

If you found a lot of executable files which clone itself into a fake folder or mostly New Folder.exe file, your computer is infected with a virus which causes these symptoms to your computer :

1. Disable Task Manager
2. Disable Registry Editor (regedit)
3. Hide the “Run” menu in Windows’ Start menu
